Dried Fruit
At Fraserbench Farm, our dehydrators are busy during the late summer as fruits ripen. We usually produce dried tart cherries (Montmorency), apple slices, pear chips, and small prune plums. These fruits are packaged in paper window bags. They are available at our farm.

Apple Juice and Frozen Fruit
Most of the apples from the Fraserbench Farm orchard are pressed on site. We pick the apples from a variety of trees; windfalls are never used. Some of the juice is used for apple cider vinegar production, but most is cooled then bottled without pasteurization or filtration and kept frozen until sale. Our juice can be stored frozen for long periods of time.
We also freeze raspberries and tart cherries in one and two pound bags. These items are for sale at our farm gate.

Heat Processed Foods
Many of our fruits and vegetables are best when preserved in glass jars. Each year the shelves in the cool room are always lined with plum, cherry, and raspberry jams, pear and apple butters, raspberry syrup, dill pickles, bread & butter pickles, pickled beets, as well as plums, pears and apple sauce in jars. These products are available at our farm gate and vary year to year.
